Easy beef recipe with peanut butter with pumpkin puree

Recently I was working on the easy beef recipe and peanut butter came into my mind! I tried peanut butter sauce with chicken many times and it turned out just fine. So I thought, why not to try the same with beef? It’s really worth it! Add your favorite spices. I like adding salt, black pepper, and chili, a little bit of sesame on top. Serve with pumpkin puree – it’s amazing! Low carb, gluten free, grain free, great for sugar detox (just replace pumpkin) and for losing weight. And the taste is exclusive!

Easy beef recipe with peanut butter



300 g beef, cut in strips

2 tablespoons peanut butter (organic)

2 teaspoons mustard or mustard powder

Salt, pepper, oil to fry

Chili pepper (optional), sesame


For pumpkin puree (optional)


Salt, pepper, teaspoon of butter, fresh herbs




Preheat the pan to medium heat, add some oil (check chart to choose the best oil for frying)

Fry the beef constantly stirring until well done.

Add peanut butter and mustard, salt and pepper, other spices. Mix well and fry 1 more minute.

Meanwhile, prepare the pumpkin puree: peel the pumpkin, cut into chunks, boil in the salted water for 10 minutes. Make puree using the food processor. Add some butter to taste (optional).

Serve hot.
