Hot stuffed peppers

I love these! Great for parties, picnics and barbecue! You can cook hot peppers in an oven, or on a grill. Choose any pepper of your like depending on the hotness, they just have to be big enough to stuff them with cheese. Great hot and cold! Personally I prefer them hot hot!

Directions

 

Slice down the center hot peppers and remove the seeds (I prefer using scissors, it allows to detach seeds and leave the stem)

Stuff peppers with cheese, using teaspoon and fingers.

Wrap the ham around each pepper, fix with wooden toothpicks.

Put to the oven or a grill for about 20 min, until ham is crispy.

Serve immediately.
