This simple and very tasty raw vegan chocolate healthy sugar-free dessert with blackberries. It is so easy and fast to prepare that you’ll be surprised how you created amazing dessert just in 5 minutes! And everyone will ask for more. So make some extra 🙂 Vegan chocolate, gluten-free, sugar-free, raw – it has it all! You will need just 3 ingredients and a moment of your precious time. Any berries will work, but sour berries, like raspberries, cherries will better balance the taste. Personally, I like it the most with blackberries, because blackberries and chocolate – is the match made in heaven! This is one of my favorites healthy sugar-free desserts and I make it all the time for adults and my little one. Forgot to mention – it is great for kids, because of no added sugar and all natural and healthy ingredients!

Raw vegan chocolate pudding recipe
2 ripe bananas
2 tablespoons cashew butter (smooth or crunchy)
2 teaspoons of good quality cocoa powder
Blackberries or other berries of your choice (fresh or frozen).
Peel the bananas put to the food processor and blend. Add cashew butter and cocoa powder. Mix well. If you are using crunchy butter, don’t mix with the food processor, because you will lose all the crunchiness.
Serve with blackberries or any other berries of your choice. You can also add some cocoa powder or grated chocolate on top.
Pudding is even better when slightly chilled, so if you have patience, put it in the fridge for half an hour.
